The Behind The Rocks neighborhood includes the area east of New Park Avenue, south of Hamilton Street, north of White Street, and west of Summit Street and New Britain Avenue.

The Southwest neighborhood includes the area east of Hollywood Avenue, south of New Britain Avenue, north of the Newington town line, and west of Fairfield Avenue.

Note: Individual neighborhood meetings are now being held.  Please call the office for meeting dates and times.  Meetings concerning issues from all neighborhoods will be held at HART headquarters.  For information on these meetings return to the Home page and see the links on the left of the page.
