From the East
Take Route 2 East to downtown Hartford. Turn left at the lights at the end of the ramp onto Columbus Boulevard. Continue straight. Columbus Boulevard turns into Wyllys Street. Cross Main Street and bear left onto Retreat Avenue. Continue straight on Retreat Avenue to Washington Street and turn left. HART’s offices are located in the Learning Corridor, facing Washington Street in the first building on your right. Parking is available on the side streets or in the garage behind the CITGO station off Brownell Avenue – the first right past our building.
From the West
Take I-84 West to Exit 48B, Capitol Avenue. Cross over Capitol Avenue and bear slightly left onto Oak Street. Turn left onto Russ Street, cross Lafayette Street and turn right onto Washington Street. HART’s offices are located in the Learning Corridor, facing Washington Street on your right just after the light at Vernon Street and Retreat Avenue. Parking is available on the side streets or in the garage behind the CITGO station off Brownell Avenue – the first right past our building.
From the South
Take 1-91 North to Exit 29A (left exit) to the Capitol Area. Follow around the rotary to the third turn and exit onto Hudson Street. Turn right onto Capitol Avenue, then left onto Washington Street (by the statue). HART’s offices are located in the Learning Corridor, facing Washington Street on your right just after the light at Vernon Street and Retreat Avenue.
