Community organizing is at the core of everything HART does. Our other programs complement community organizing by building the leadership skills of adult and youth residents, parents and home care providers.
HART's "HOME" Program has been in existence for twenty years, providing education, information and support to first-time homebuyers.
This parenting education program informs parents of pre-schoolers in Hartford's most at-risk settings of ways to enhance their children’s development, enabling them to be successful in school.
